It is compliant with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, Distance Contracts Regulation, and the Turkish Code of Obligations (No. 6098). 1. Service Types and Refund Logic https://emregecer.com offers consulting in four service areas: • Strategic Building (insa-et) — Strategic design of the future, data/AI/digital architecture, pricing setup • Risk Management and Protection (koru) — Regulations, financial structure, pre-tax-audit preparation, contracts/confidentiality • Manageable Systems (yonet) — Roles, processes, career/competency, budget tracking • Medical Consulting (tibbi-danismanlik) — Findings simplification, specialist and test coordination, malpractice framework Services are offered as single sessions or multi-session packages, conducted via online video meetings + supporting materials. Important Definition: The service sold at https://emregecer.com is an **informative and structured discussion + specialist coordination**. It is NOT medical examination, diagnosis or treatment. No doctor-patient relationship is established. In emergencies, call 112 or apply to the nearest authorized healthcare facility. 3. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14 Days) Pursuant to Article 48 of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Article 9 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase, without any justification and without paying any penalty. The withdrawal right may be exercised before the consulting session begins and within 14 days of contract formation. 4. EXCEPTIONS to the Right of Withdrawal (Art. 15) Under Art. 48/4 of Law No. 6502 and Art. 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal CANNOT be exercised in the following cases: • Services for which performance has begun: With consumer consent, AFTER a consulting session (online meeting) has STARTED, the right of withdrawal ends. No refund may be requested for the remaining time even if the session is not completed (Art. 15/c). • Digital content: Pursuant to Art. 15/h, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content (e.g. session recording access, file downloads) made available for immediate use with the consumer's express request and waiver of withdrawal right. A separate consent checkbox for these exceptions is used on the payment screen. 5. Cancellation / Withdrawal Process Before Session Starts If the consulting session has not yet started and 14 days have not passed since purchase: • A full refund or transfer to another date is provided. • Requests are submitted in writing to info@emregecer.com. • Repayment is made within a maximum of 14 business days, including bank/payment institution processes. 6. After the Session Has Started After a consulting session has started, the right of withdrawal (Art. 15/c) ends. However, https://emregecer.com may offer refunds or compensation in the following situations under its own commercial policy: • Platform/provider-caused technical problems (meeting platform crash, provider error) — compensation session or partial refund • Sessions canceled by the provider — full refund or new date • Serious and documentable health/emergency situation on the user's side — transfer to a new date The content not meeting subjective expectations or the topic not being as the user expected does not constitute grounds for a refund. 7. Partial Refund in Multi-Session Packages In multi-session packages, the refund calculation is performed on a per-session basis: • The fee for completed sessions is deducted from the refund calculation. • The fee for not-yet-started sessions may be refunded under the right of withdrawal if 14 days from purchase have not passed; if exceeded, it is preserved as platform credit at the user's preference. 8. Technical Issues Problems caused by the user's internet connection, device, browser, camera/microphone settings, or third-party applications do not constitute grounds for a refund. For platform or Daily.co-caused technical problems that seriously prevent the meeting from taking place, compensation session, credit, or refund options are applied. 9. Refund Method and Timing • Accepted refund requests are returned in accordance with the payment method used in the purchase (credit card, debit card via Stripe or Iyzico). • Maximum period: 14 business days for statutory withdrawal, 14 business days for accepted commercial refund. • Delays caused by banks/payment institutions are beyond https://emregecer.com's control; the reflection of the refund to your account may take an additional 1-3 business days depending on the provider. • Refund requests are accepted at info@emregecer.com. 10. Special Notes for Medical Consulting Services For sessions in the Medical Consulting (tibbi-danismanlik) service area, additionally: • No doctor-patient relationship is established; the session is for informational purposes. • The treatment decision belongs to the user's own physician. • Professional opinion is provided within the framework of TTB Medical Practice Ethics Rules. • Test/file information shared by the user before the session falls under special category personal data (KVKK Art. 6); separate explicit consent is obtained. • After the session has started, refund requests with the claim "this service did not meet my expectation" are not accepted (within the framework of Art. 6 above). 11. B2B (Corporate) Customers Corporate consulting contracts in Risk Management (koru) and Manageable Systems (yonet) are not considered "consumer transactions" under Law No. 6502; they are subject to the provisions of mandate contracts (TBK Art. 502 et seq.). Withdrawal and refund rights of corporate customers are separately regulated in the mandate contract signed. 12. Abuse In the event of abuse of the refund right, opening multiple accounts, unauthorized sharing of session materials, or abuse of payment disputes, https://emregecer.com may reject the refund request and place the account under review. The consumer's rights arising from legislation are reserved. 13. Applicable Law and Competent Court This policy is subject to Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, Distance Contracts Regulation, Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098 and other relevant legislation.
