Buyer Information The buyer's full name, e-mail, phone, and billing details are collected from the account profile or checkout form at the order stage. 3. Basic Characteristics of the Service https://emregecer.com provides professional consulting services in four areas: • Strategic Construction (insa-et) — Strategic design for the future: data, AI, digital architecture, pricing frameworks, process design • Risk Management and Protection (koru) — Regulatory compliance, financial structure, preparation for tax audits, contracts/confidentiality • Manageable Systems (yonet) — Roles, process flows, career/competency design, budget tracking • Medical Consulting (tibbi-danismanlik) — Simplification of findings, coordination of expertise and diagnostic tests, malpractice framework Type of service: • Single-session consultation OR • Multi-session package (e.g., 3 sessions, 6 sessions) Meeting platform: Online video sessions via Daily.co. Session duration: 45–60 minutes (depending on package type). Certificate/reporting: Upon the user's specific request at the end of the session, a consultation summary or structured session notes may be shared. Technical requirements: A modern browser (latest version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge), a stable internet connection (min. 1 Mbps), and access to a camera and microphone. 4. Nature of the Service and Important Limitations The service offered on https://emregecer.com is **informational and structured consultation + expert coordination**. Specifically for the Medical Consulting area: • It is NOT a medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment. • No physician-patient relationship is established. • Professional opinion is provided within the framework of the Turkish Medical Association (TTB) Code of Medical Ethics. • The decision regarding treatment belongs exclusively to the user's own physician. • In the event of a medical emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest authorized healthcare facility. For management/strategy areas (insa-et, koru, yonet): • This is general consulting advice; the authority to make specific commercial, financial, or legal decisions belongs to the buyer. • It does not replace the guidance of a lawyer, financial advisor, tax consultant, or other qualified professional. The service may constitute digital content (access to a session recording, shared files). In such cases, the right of withdrawal exception under Article 15 may apply (see below). 5. Total Price, Taxes, and Additional Costs Total selling price including VAT: Clearly displayed on the cart/payment screen before the order is placed. Currency: TRY (default) — for international buyers, conversion is applied by the payment provider. Payment method: Credit/debit card via Stripe (international) or Iyzico (Turkey). Installments: Available bank installment options through Iyzico are displayed on the payment screen. Additional costs: None. No additional charges not previously disclosed will be imposed on the buyer. Invoice: Sent electronically to the buyer's e-mail address. 6. Payment and Fulfillment Period After payment confirmation: • Session scheduling (date, time) is done by the buyer through the appointment system in their panel. • The meeting link is sent automatically by e-mail before the session. • The session is conducted via Daily.co at the scheduled time. Service fulfillment period: The session must take place within a maximum of 90 days from the order confirmation date; otherwise, the package may be deemed invalid (package-specific rules are defined in tenant_legal_profile). 7. Information Regarding the Right of Withdrawal The consumer has the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of purchase, without providing any reason, in accordance with Article 48 of Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502. IMPORTANT EXCEPTIONS (Law No. 6502, Art. 48/4 and Regulation Art. 15): • Services that have commenced performance (Art. 15/c): The right of withdrawal expires AFTER the consultation session (online meeting) has BEGUN. • Digital content (Art. 15/h): The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content (such as access to session recordings, etc.) that has been made accessible upon the user's explicit request and consent to waive the right of withdrawal. Note for B2B (Corporate Clients) Consulting services under the scope of koru/yonet/insa-et purchased by corporate buyers do not constitute a "consumer transaction" within the meaning of Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, and are subject to the mandate agreement provisions of Articles 502 et seq. of the Turkish Code of Obligations (TBK). Withdrawal and refund conditions are governed by the separately signed mandate agreement. 11. Durable Medium This Pre-Information Form and order information may be sent to the buyer's e-mail address as a durable medium and kept accessible in the panel account.
